This growth media kit is a universal, defined media for iPS cell systems formulated and validated to grow on Vitronectin XF, Geltrex, and Matrigel extracellular matrices. Media is serum-free and xeno-free and has been uniquely formulated to minimize cell differentiation, promote robust growth, and prevent cell death. This complete media does not require additional additives or reagents. Base media is shipped with gel packs. A separate growth supplement is shipped with dry ice.
